Greetings, everyone! Welcome to Sabbath services. Let's come to Ephesians 5 and see something very important.

Let's see what all of this is to do and what is the washing of the water by the Word. We saw how the water is a type of Holy Spirit, the Word is the Word of God, and how by the washing of the water by the Word, we're going to see is one of the most important things in our

• changing

• growing

• overcoming

• developing the mind of Christ

• and the character of God

So let's go to Ephesians 5; here is the whole of what God wants us to do, right here. What is most pleasing to God is we love Him, serve Him, and keep His commandments. What is the whole purpose of it? What is the whole purpose of conversion? Ephesians 5:1: "Therefore, be imitators of God, as beloved children."

That's quite a goal! That also ties in with Matthew 5:48: "Therefore, you shall be perfect, even as your Father Who is in heaven is perfect." So you look at...
